Poly U - Guided Tour
 
Join us for a guided tour at the Jockey Club Innovation Tower of PolyU, the new driving force in the development of Hong Kong as a design hub in Asia. The building was designed by Zaha Hadid, an architect who consistently pushed the boundaries of architecture and urban design. Besides learning more about the building, you wil also get the change to visit the material library, the Design Lab and the InnoHub. We will end our visit at the Annual Show, where you can see the work of over 200 young designers.

July 1, 2017 marks the 20th Anniversary of the return of Hong Kong to our Motherland and the establishment of the Hong kong Special Administrative Region. A set of 20th Anniversary Fact Sheets has been uploaded to the 20th Anniversary website, providing an overview of progress and developments in major policy areas since 1997, as well as 1997 vs 2017 economic data.

Opening Reception of Le French May's Tsubame Exhibition

On 14 June, from 5-7 PM the Opening Reception of Le French May's Tsubame Exhibition takes place. Tsubame is a series of artworks that examines gastronomy and fashion as social practices. May will install a sculpture influenced by Chinese and French food. A food-inspired dance performance and a documentroy of the two cultures' perspectives on food will also be held.
