Are you ready to face the competition?

This year's Dutchlink Tennis Tournament will take place at Sunday 7 May 2017. We will play tennis on the courts of Primrose Park in Neutral Bay. The games are suitable for two levels: intermediate and advanced.

A tennis competition would not be the same without an audience so feel free to come and support our players!

$ 40 for players (15 years and older)
$ 25 for supporters

This includes drinks and a barbecue.

  • Please pay the full amount to our Dutchlink bank account to secure your spot.
  • In case of cancellation before 4 May 2017, you will receive the full amount back. By cancellation later than 4 May, you will receive 50% of the full amount back.
  • Cancellation within 24 hours before the start of the tournament (start is 10am on Sunday 7 May) or no shows will not receive any reimbursement.
  • In case of bad weather, we will postpone the tournament to 14 May. Your payment will be used for this day unless you cancel. Same conditions as stated above apply.
  • Please also register if you want to come as a supporter.

Full house at our Dutch elections event on Wednesday 8 March!

How do the Dutch elections sit in a global context? What are the changes taking place globally at an economic level which any new government would need to deal with? Throwback Thursday

On an early morning in March, the 21st to be exact, Randstad Australia and Dutchlink hosted a special F1 breakfast.

Chris Murray, CMO Williams Martini Racing Team shared his and the team's story and we all had to chance to race on Melbourne's famous Albert Park track... In a F1 simulator ;)

King's Day Party

The Sydney Consulate-General wiill celebrate King Willem-Alexander's 50th birthday on Thursday the 27th of April at the Sydney Masonic Centre.
You are welcome in your most beautiful orange outfit from 6:00pm until 9.30pm.

There will be Dutch delicacies (including bitterballen), a lucky door prize, a DJ and your ticket includes a welcome drink. Make sure you get your ticket through this website before they sell out.

King's Day event at Dutch club Neerlandia

Put on your best orange outfit for King's Day at Dutch Club D.A.S. Neerlandia!

Neerlandia organises this event together with Dutch School De Kangoeroe and there will be plenty of activities for kids:
- A traditional Dutch 'vrijmarkt': Kids can bring their own throw and sell their toys etc. Kids are welcome to bring their musical instruments.
- KoningsSpelen (King's Games) organised by Daan of GoGo Healthy Kids. From 12:30 onwards, there will be games and sports for children.
- Spiderman bouncer
- Obstacle run

Neerlandia will make sure there will be Dutch treats (such as poffertjes) and the bar and Dutch shop will be open as well. During this event, Phuong will sell her lovely Vietnamese spring rolls.

Do you have Dutch books in good condition to sell on the 'vrijmarkt' but you don't want to sell yourself?
No worries! Bring those books and donate them to 'vrijmarkt' shop of Dutch School De Kangoeroe. All their profits will (100%) benefit the school.

Head on Photo Festival 2017

From 5 until 28 May 2017, the Head On Photo Festival will take place. You are welcome to join the opening of the exhibitions of Dutch photographers Douwe Dijkstra, Elisabeth Schön and Astrid Verhoef. Their exhibitions will be opened by Willem Cosijn, Consul General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

The Head On Foundation (est. 2008) is a non-profit organisation dedicated to promoting the work of photographers at all stages of career. Head On Photo Festival is a bridge between Australian and international photographic markets. The festival has toured in America, China, India, Europe and New Zealand. This has introduced the international photographic elite to the wealth of photographic talent Australia possesses.
