E-Commerce Seminar: How to reach the Chinese consumer online
Chinese consumers spent $750 billion online in 2016 - which is more than the US and the UK combined. During this seminar, our expert panel will discuss how these Chinese consumers can be reached effectively. Arno Nieuwland (e-Commerce Hong Kong) will tell you what to remember when developing an e-commerce platform. Boudewijn Feith (Esprit) will talk about an omnichannel strategy: how can offline and online sales be combined? John Skalin (Sino Etail) will talk about the differences between doing e-commerce in China and the Western world, e.g. when it comes to product presentation.
