This session will include analysis of the development of measures to counter BEPS in Hong Kong, and the new laws and transfer pricing documentation obligations that will be introduced in Hong Kong to address BEPS. This session will be useful for Regional Finance/Tax primes of MNEs seeking to obtain the latest updates on BEPS and its implications for Hong Kong tax enforcement, both in the areas of transfer pricing documentation compliance and future anti-avoidance enforcement in Hong Kong.

Nowadays, interconnection and mutual trade between the two countries is not confined to the Maritime Silk Road. The Netherlands is the home to Europe's largest port – Port of Rotterdam. It is a connecting point between the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road and the Silk Road Economic Belt, the two main components of China's "Belt and Road Initiative".
