Cyber Security and Personal Data Protection in Hong Kong and Chiina
This seminar intends to provide an overview of the main provisions of the Cyber Security Law in China and its recent implementation measures, and will more particularly focus upon collection of data, transfer of data out of China and implications for businesses. The Finance Committee of the Dutch Chamber of Commerce is proud to invite financial executives to its 4th Annual Bankers Dinner. We are honoured to have Mr Eric Smit as our keynote speaker.
