Spring is in the air! It's time for ASPARAGUS!!!

Don't forget to subscribe before Monday, May 7th, 12 PM for The Dutch Asparagus Dinner on Saturday, May 12th at The Netherland Club of NY. On this evening Chef Jimmy Sakatos of the Warwick Hotel will prepare a marvelous full 4-course Dutch asparagus dinner.

From the first course to dessert, this dinner is completely dedicated to the Dutch White Gold. And as the main course, we will serve you the white asparagus in the old famous Dutch way. Let yourself be surprised by the outstanding cooking skills of Jimmy and enjoy a pleasant evening with delicious Dutch pampering, at the heart of Manhattan!

Matching wines
If you want an ultimate culinary experience, you choose for the additional matching wines. The different courses will be accompanied with the best German en Alsace wines. Dutch sommelier Dorine van den Elzen, who's teaching in the Caribbean and the Netherlands, is happy to reveal all secrets about this Match from Heaven: the perfect wines with the best food!
