| Dear Nederlandse Nederlandse: Following Ben van Beek's decision to pursue other interests, I'm pleased to announce that Veerle van Buuren Stramrood accepted our offer to be General and Event Manager of the Netherland Club of New York, alongside of Katherine Vos van Liempt. Veerle joins us after a successful career in corporate access and HR at ABN AMRO bank. Previously she managed the banks' art collection as well as a marketing career at Sotheby's, De Kunstsalon and TEFAF. She is looking forward to building on her love for art and culture at the Netherland Club of New York as the prime location for Dutch culture, art and ideas since 1903. Veerle has started working with Katherine and Hein Jan to ensure a seamless hand-over. If you plan to join us this evening to celebrate King's Day you will have the opportunity to extend your well wishes. Kind regards, Willem Houck | ||
